What does it cost?
My rate is €60 per hour, including IVA (VAT). The first conversation is free and without obligation, and we agree the cost before I start.

Can you help remotely?
Yes. Many software problems can be solved remotely through a secure connection that you start yourself. For hardware I come to you.
Do I need to bring my computer somewhere?
No, I come to you. It saves you a trip, and I can see straight away how your internet and printer are connected.
